In addition to the preset programs found on the DKN WBV machines, users can create their own programs by using the exercise poster that comes with every platform. The poster offers suggested exercises for the beginner, intermediate and advanced user and is a great resource for using the DKN machine on the manual setting. Below you will find the breakdown on the 4 exercise programs that are built into the programming of the DKN X-Series models (XG-10/XG5Pro/XG-3).
